A HANDBOOK FOR SURVIVAL

To protect from harm, to guard from attack, to repulse enemies - for centuries rugged defenders have built walls, launched missiles, and waged wars, expending material and human resources in the battle to save nations and cities. With total commitment and courageous abandon, individuals have fought for survival, and defended what is most precious. Jude calls us to respond to the attack of those who would destroy the Christian Faith. He issued a call to arms that is as valid today as it was when he wrote his letter nearly two millennia ago. Christians must 'contend for the faith'...

THAT OLD TIME RELIGION

The Acts of the Apostles is the story of a church on fire with evangelism and growth. It tells the story how a small group of people turned the world upside down and inside out with the gospel message of Jesus Christ. Empowered by the infilling of the Holy Spirit, they had a remarkable impact upon the world. The same Holy Spirit can do some amazing things through us, if we will only allow him to...

THE GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

According to Scripture, every saved person has, at the time of their conversion, received a spiritual birthday gift from God through the Holy Spirit. Only when you discover this gift and use it within the Church can you be really fulfilled in your life, ministry, and service. This series introduces these important spiritual matters. This Scripture teaching culminated with the completion of a Spiritual Gifts questionnaire to allow all Christians to get insight into their gifting.

THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST

When Mel Gibson's film premiered in cinemas throughout the world it had a tremendous impact upon Christians and non-Christian's alike. In this series, we seek to understand what the Bible says about the life, death, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. How does an even that happened nearly two thousand years ago really affect our lives today?

THE RELUCTANT PROPHET

We are familiar with the children's song "Come listen to my tale of Jonah and the whale", and we are familiar with the story, but what about the lessons contained in The Book of Jonah. More story than prophecy, yet God still speaks to us through the familiar, and the not so well-known aspects of this unique account of God's calling of a reluctant prophet and a message that converted an entire city!

WHY DID JESUS COME?

This series for the Advent Series seeks to answer the question: "Why did Jesus come into our world?". After considering that 'He came to give us life in all its fullness", we look at his own God-given manifesto. When Jesus read from the scroll of Isaiah in the Synagogue at Nazareth, he claimed "Today, Scripture has been filled in your hearing"! What did Jesus mean? What was his manifesto? What was his mission?
